Meet our Jr./Sr. High School Asst. Principal
Ryan Hedrick hired as Asst. Principal
RUSSELLVILLE, MO, JULY 25, 2023 - The Cole County R-I School District Board of Education announced today that Ryan Hedrick will serve the district as its new Jr./Sr. high school assistant principal.
"The board is excited to select Ryan Hedrick as our new assistant principal for the 23-24 school year,” said Ritchie Jenkins, President of the Cole County R-I School District Board of Education. “Ryan’s excellent interpersonal skills, commitment to education and determination towards finding ways to become a better teacher and mentor will be an asset to our district.”
Hedrick has 13 years of experience in the classroom and on the field. Most recently, Hedrick spent the last six years at Macks Creek R-V School District as their PE and health teacher, athletic director, head softball coach and assistant baseball coach. Prior to Macks Creek, he worked at Winston R-VI as a PE and health teacher, softball coach, Jr. High boys basketball coach and asst. varsity boys/girls basketball coach; Raytown Middle School as their In-School Suspension Interventionist; and Climax Springs R-IV School District as their PE and health instructor, head softball and baseball coach.

Hedrick has a Specialists in Administration and Masters of Athletic Administration from William Woods University, Bachelor of Science in Physical Education/Health from Central Methodist University and an Associates in General Studies from Kansas City Kansas Community College.
