Cole County R-1 School District is located in Russellville, a small rural community with just over 800 residents. Both our elementary and Jr./Sr. high buildings are located along Rt. C, just 15 miles west of Jefferson City. We offer small class sizes with few discipline problems and a family-like atmosphere. Sub Pay at Cole R1 is $100 per day. $135 a day for long-term on day 11. $150 for long-term on day 30.
