Cole R1 School Contact Procedure
Patron District Communication Reminder:
We want to remind you that we are here for you and value the importance of communication and teamwork! Cole R-I families are encouraged to call or email our staff at any time to discuss any concerns or issues. Like many of your workplaces, school days are busy, with tight schedules and a lot of variables. Therefore, scheduling an in-person meeting or phone call in advance is oftentimes the best way to ensure our staff can devote the time and attention needed to address your question(s). When you need to reach out, the following are the different ways to communicate with a staff member in our district:
- Email the staff member your question and/or ask to set up a meeting. Each staff member’s email address is located on our District Website under the staff directory or linked here: https://coler1indians.socs.net/vnews/display.v/StaffDirectory.
- Call the staff member to see if they are available or to set up a future meeting. The phone number for each building is located on our District Website under Contact Us or linked here: https://coler1indians.socs.net/vnews/display.v/ContactUs.
- Attend parent/teacher conferences. The dates and times for parent/teacher conferences are located on our District Website under Calendar or linked here: https://coler1indians.socs.net/vcalendar/.
